Cost: This event is by donation, it's up to you! There is no official charge for this event!
The theme of the sound bath is : Connection.
NOTE: Bring a yoga mat if you'd like one otherwise there are chairs for everyone.
2. What is this event:
This is a sound bath circle! This is our version of a community circle mixed with sound healing and reiki! The purpose of this event is for all who attend to feel supported, connected to community, reconnected to themselves and realigned to who they want to be. This is a great opportunity for participants to practice building their intuition and other clairvoyant gifts!
3. Who can join:
This event is open to both men and women 18 years of age or older. There is 2 stair cases at this location that you will have to walk up and down to get to this event.
4. How it works:
Everyone sits in a chair in a circle formation. Led through a short guided meditation, we all channel in supportive & loving energy into the space. Once the sound bowls begin to play each member of the circle takes a turn in the center. This is by far the coolest part! As you feel the power of having other participants sending you love and supportive energy towards yourself and your intention for the sound bath!
