🧘♀️ Your session begins with a gentle, beginner friendly SUP yoga flow. You'll be guided through mindful movement and breathwork, helping you build balance, presence, and connection with nature all while on your board.
🔔 Next, you’ll settle into stillness for a deeply restorative 30 minute sound bath. As you lie back and float on the water, let the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and gentle nature sounds wash over you! this promoting relaxation, clarity, and energetic reset.
✨ No paddleboarding or yoga experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to unwind.
