Nicola and Danielle combine the higher tones of the chakra bowls with the deep grounding sounds of the didgeridoo. Join for a super unique and fun night surrounded by the plants & flowers at the Canmore indoor garden center!

For this didgeridoo event, Nickola will play directly over each participant as well as from a distance, allowing its rich, earthy drone to move through the body at a powerful 70-hertz frequency. This low vibration is profoundly grounding, helping the nervous system settle.
As the didgeridoo creates this steady, grounding foundation, chakra bowls are played to align and harmonize the energy centers, layering clear, resonant tones that support balance, flow, and energetic coherence.
Together, these instruments create an immersive soundscape designed to help you release tension, drop inward, and reconnect with yourself.

Event Description:
Unwind, reset, and reconnect at this nourishing sound bath in Canmore, made possible by the generous support of the 'Origin at Home' team. Designed to be accessible and welcoming, this evening invites you to slow down and sink into deep relaxation through sound.
The journey begins with a guided meditation, followed by 60 minutes with the chakra singing bowls to support balance and energetic alignment. We’ll close with the soothing rhythms of an ocean drum, washing over you like waves and leaving you grounded, relaxed, and peaceful.

Please bring you're own yoga mat and water.
Join for this offering at Canmore Hot Yoga where there will be a 45 min chakra bowl sound bath included as part of the regular yoga studio membership or drop in pass.
If you'd like to pair this sound bath class with Yin Yoga class before hand, this class was strategically placed for you to maximize on your night.

Join for this offering at Canmore Hot Yoga where there will be a group of rotating facilitators holding space and offering a breathwork class as part of the regular yoga studio membership or drop in pass.
As I am new to breathwork I'm excited to be one of the co facilitators that will be offering support during these sessions.
